City: Kakoil
Medium: blue pencil | red pencil | pencil (.3 mech)| 9x12 bristol board Date: May 2008? Kakoil is a city ship: A city which looks like a massive pirate ship and moves around the ocean. Only true pirates can know where one can find it. It's also the city where the pirate gods dwell. One day I'll do the outside oft he ship (and also go back over this one to thicken lines in order to show depth), but for now, here is a small district of the city on the "ship's deck" where the gigantic mass can be seen in the background (most top center). I totally forgot about posting this. An Original concept for my 2008 thesis. I had to start and stop a lot for classes (I think one delay lasted about a month), so I have no idea what the cumulative time is. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
